Seminars & Workshops

We run regular seminars and workshops for workplaces and the public, dealing with issues from dealing with stress, practising mindfulness, to Supporting Children who have behavioural difficulties or anxiety. All of our courses, run through the Actualise Academy are based on the latest evidence in Neuroscience, Clinical Psychology and Behavioural Psychology, and are delivered by a combination of our Clinical Psychology, Behavioural Psychology and Neuroscience teams.

Our focus is on making the sessions practical, so you can leave with something useful every time, which you can apply straight away.

Here is a list of our upcoming series. Stay tuned for updates!
